Ordering & shipping

When will my order ship?
Every bag is roasted to order, so orders ship within 2–3 business days.

How much is shipping?
Free on orders $60 and up. Standard shipping is $8 under $60, and Express is $15. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Can I pick up instead?
Yes — choose free local pickup at checkout for our Los Angeles or Oxnard café. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Our coffee

Is your coffee organic and fair trade?
Yes. Both of our single origins — Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and Mexico Chiapas — are certified organic and fair trade.

Which grind should I choose?
Whole Bean stays fresh longest — grind just before brewing. Choose Espresso for espresso machines and moka pots, Pour Over for V60, Kalita and Chemex, or Drip for automatic coffee makers. We grind to order.

How fresh is it?
We roast in small batches after you order. Coffee tastes best from about 5 days to 4 weeks after roasting. Store it sealed, cool and away from light — not in the fridge.

Which coffee is right for me?
Like chocolatey, smooth and balanced? Try Mexico Chiapas. Prefer bright, floral and fruity? Try Ethiopia Yirgacheffe.

Matcha

What kind of matcha is it?
Organic ceremonial-grade matcha from Uji, Japan, first harvest. Each 30 g tin makes about 15 servings.
