Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or by emailing cafedolcevita.us@gmail.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel at least 2 days before your next billing date. Your billing date is shown in your account and in your reminder email. Orders that have already been charged and roasted can't be cancelled, but you can still cancel future deliveries.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email cafedolcevita.us@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
